Non-existent customer service: I was excited to find out about this business and order a treat for my father's 70th birthday. The moment I completed the purchase, I realized the shipping address was incorrect. I called customer service immediately - less than a full minute after the online order - but it was after business hours. I emailed right away but it was clear the inbox was not monitored on the weekend. I received a response the following morning they could not assist. I expressed my disappointment that, at this price point, they should have better capability to assist customers with hiccups such as these. It has ended up being a huge waste of money and I was left with such a bad impression of the customer service that I will actively discourage others from ordering.

I received a arrangement of 2 dozen roses in the white vase last year 2021 for Mother's Day, too this day 1 year later they still look like the day I received them. These are the most amazing roses I've ever seen. I would highly recommend these to anyone looking for a fabulous gift. I am beyond impressed with everything about them, including the smell even after a year.

Venus Et Fleur is truly amazing. I started using them over a month ago and they have never disappointed. Every delivery is made on time. This was my second order from Venus and both special occasions for my husband. I ordered over the phone and was never hurried even though I knew they were busy. The delivered arrangements always seemed more beautiful than the pictures, if that's possible. Happy husband, happy wife, happy life.

I love this place. Their entire staff there are so nice and helpful. They always do a little bit extra. Their gifts and decor selections are lovely, reasonably priced and there's a wide variety. Same with their floral arrangements. Just a great shop all around.
